To bring our idea to life, we teamed up with an exceptionally skilled professional. Master distiller Judith Brunschwiler is a DistiSuisse judge and owner of her own distillery. Her motto is the highest standard of quality: “If I wouldn’t want to bite into a piece of fruit anymore, it doesn’t belong in the mash.”
